I am a Computer Science graduate and an emerging project manager who works at the intersection of technology, design, and team collaboration. As a Junior Project Manager at Mugna Tech, I lead cross-functional teams through full Scrum cycles, facilitate sprints, clear blockers, and ensure consistent delivery for multiple IT projects. I also mentor interns from different universities and help them strengthen their Agile mindset and teamwork.
Alongside my work in tech, I run Chi Boards, a small but steadily growing keyboard shop in Davao City. I handle product sourcing, inventory systems, and social media marketing that has organically reached thousands of customers. Managing this business strengthened my decision-making, communication, and visual design skills, all of which I apply in my project work.
With experience in front-end development through our university's SAMAHAN SysDev and a background in UI and graphic design, I bring a combination of technical understanding, project organization, and creative thinking. I enjoy turning ideas into structured plans, aligning teams toward clear goals, and improving user experience in every project I contribute to.
