I am training facilitator who specializes in soft skills training courses.
As a facilitator, I teach English as a second language and am able to deliver a broad range of courses. I handle cultural diversity, confidence building, influencing skills, selling techniques, customer excellence, leadership, writing and speaking. For so many years, I also focus on talent identification, engagement, assessments and analytics. Additionally, I conceptualize, design and conduct customized training programs and roadmaps for varied local and global clients – across all industries.
I also am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
