All about customers, clients, or just a regular community member. These are my forte coming from my background as sales representative / merchandiser of retail brands, and then transitioned to Work-from-Home setup since the pandemic. My Work-from-Home job experiences are mostly in line with the Web3 / Blockchain industry where I work as a community moderator across Telegram and ----------- channels. The tasks are basically ''community-helper'', like giving the members all the information that they need and then making sure that the channel is organized and having healthy discussions.
