• Acts as single point of contact for rail freight processing activities in North America
• Conduct weekly calls with major carriers/railroads and statement of account reconciliation to ensure accounts are in good standing
• Approve and resolve rail invoices for payment and assist invoice processing team with cost allocation exceptions
• Develop metrics that monitor the freight payment process and implement regular reporting metrics
• Create process flow and documentation to served as a reference during transitions and onboarding, reducing dependency on verbal instruction and minimizing errors
