I’m Maila Rose Buraga—most people call me Mai—and logistics and trading have been my world for over a decade. I bring deep, real-world experience in freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and international trade, with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and reliability.
I spent more than 7 years in Dubai, UAE working as a Logistics Coordinator for a freight forwarding company. I handled customs documentation, import requirements, and the end-to-end movement of shipments. My role required constant coordination with drivers, warehouse teams, airline customer service, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth pickup, clearance, and delivery. I regularly worked with Emirates SkyCargo, dnata Cargo, and airline cargo systems to track, manage, and resolve shipment issues efficiently.
Later, I joined a US-based electronics trading company when they opened their UAE branch, where I worked for 3 years as a Warehouse Operations & Administrative Officer. I managed daily warehouse operations, created sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices, monitored inventory, and oversaw inbound and outbound shipments through final delivery and customer support. I used Oracle NetSuite, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and internal reporting tools to maintain accurate records, stock control, and order fulfillment.
In addition to logistics platforms, I’ve also worked with GoHighLevel (GHL) for administrative coordination and system tracking, giving me flexibility in supporting operations, CRM tasks, and internal workflows.
Most of my professional experience is based in Dubai, but I am now based in the Philippines and fully available for remote or onsite work. I adapt quickly to new systems, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of tasks entrusted to me.
