Hi, I'm Mark Guerrero. I have 11 years of experience in the QA field. I'm a systems analyst on my previous project for a local client, with QA Testing and Application support on my role. I also led a team with 6-8 people. I'm the one facilitating the testing processes, from bug fixes and enhancements for the client's in-house applications. We're conducting manual testing, since it is fast paced environment and we don't have time to integrate any automation from
scratch. As of now I was transitioned into developer but still have some responsibilities of QA. I'm also well versed with test planning, creation of test cases and scripts, defect management, bug documentation, End-User Training, and any phase of testing. I had a project on my earlier years which I considered the turning point of my QA career. From Requirements Gathering or being a business analyst, then test planning with the whole team, performing different kinds of testing and going every phase of it, doing the end-user training like we are going to the client's office and conduct the training everyday for almost a month, then returning to office to do some documentation. So it is like this project experience hones me, my skill, my mindset, my passion, the values, and learnings along the way. I carried this experience up to the present. And throughout my career, i got to used these tools like redmine, jira, servicenow, test rail for defect management. selenium, katalon, jmeter, for automation testing. sitecore, agilepoint for content management and development tools. coupa and ariba for P2P systems. so there's a lot that i cannot enumerate them all. so with my experience, i'm confident that I can contribute to any of your projects and to the success on your company. Thank you.
