I am a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with international ASCPi (MLS) certification and nearly four years of experience in a tertiary hospital laboratory setting, complemented by current work as a Product Specialist for laboratory equipment.
My background includes laboratory sample processing, laboratory result release, patient laboratory records management, and extensive use of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS). I have coordinated closely with physicians and nursing staff while maintaining strict data confidentiality and accuracy.
I am currently transitioning into a remote Medical Virtual Assistant role, where I provide clinical and administrative support such as laboratory records management, medical documentation, and written communication with healthcare teams. I am open to both non-voice and voice roles and can adapt to Australian or US-based workflows.
