My professional background includes QA/QC inspection, construction documentation, technical reporting, plan interpretation, project monitoring, and engineering instruction. These experiences have strengthened my ability to review technical information carefully, maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, coordinate project requirements, and communicate construction-related information clearly.
My current hands-on focus is using PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel to review construction drawing sets, complete digital quantity takeoffs, prepare marked-up plans, and organize measured quantities into clear material summaries and Bills of Quantities.
I can support builders, contractors, quantity surveyors, and estimating teams with:

I am also developing my understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to improve my ability to review complete construction packages. MEP estimating is currently a supporting competency that complements my primary focus on general construction estimating and quantity takeoffs.
My target market is Australian residential and light-commercial construction. I am actively building familiarity with Australian construction terminology, tender documentation, trade-based estimating, drawing conventions, and common measurement practices.
