I joined the BPO industry in 2021 while I was in my second year of college. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills and learned the importance of respecting customers’ time. I maintain excellent attendance and prioritize being present and reliable at work. I am effective at time management and multitasking, and I enjoy challenging myself by handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
