Serve as the Fortinet SME, leading the network design, deployment, configuration, and
troubleshooting of FortiGate firewalls and related security solutions.
Spearhead security implementation initiatives, including solution design, task
planning, hands-on deployment, and integration of security products, while
overseeing team activities and delegating tasks to ensure efficient execution.
Demonstrate expertise in managing critical support requests and escalations,
ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
Provide technical consulting to internal teams and external clients including
security recommendations, solution design, and security optimization
strategies.
Review and Approve implementation plans, scope of work, methods of
procedure and technical documentation.
Provide effective guidance and mentorship to tea-----------mbers, empowering
