I am Franc Joseph B. Pomarejos III, a Civil Engineer with experience in project management, project coordination, scheduling, and cost estimation. I have worked with L&T Design Powerhaus, where I assisted in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring project progress. I also work as a part-time cost estimator, preparing quantity take-offs and project cost estimates using Planswift Pro and MS Excel. I am a graduate of the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila and have strong skills in project management, construction supervision, and problem solving.
