I have managed the end-to-end documentation export process for international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely and accurate creation of Quick- booking, preparation of booking confirmation, completion of shipping instruction, forwarding and preparing the manifest submission such as SI, VGM, AMS, AFR, ACI and E- manifest to customs broker, uploading bills of lading, commercial invoices and packing lists, sending bill of lading confirmation to shipping line, posting pre-alert to destination and checking the milestone of shipment per destination.
I’m highly familiar with apps and tools such as cargowise yunas, carrier websites, terminal websites and FCL logistic system.
