Hi, my name is Grace Anne.
I currently work as a Claims Processor at Medicard, one of the HMO companies in the Philippines. My main role is reviewing and processing medical claims for our members. I check submitted documents, make sure patient and doctor information is complete, and verify if the claim follows the required guidelines before it can be processed. If there are missing details or unclear information, I coordinate with hospitals or healthcare providers to clarify the documents so the claim can proceed.
Because of this experience, I’m used to working with a high volume of claims and making sure everything is accurate before processing. I’ve also become comfortable communicating with healthcare providers when verification or clarification is needed.
I’m now looking for a remote opportunity where I can use my experience in healthcare claims processing while also learning more about US healthcare systems. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new tools or processes if needed.
I’m hoping to work with a team where I can contribute my skills and continue growing in the healthcare field.
