I am a newly licensed Registered Nurse dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered, and holistic care to individuals at all stages of life. I believe that nursing is not only about treating illness, but also about supporting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of every patient. Throughout my nursing education and clinical training, I have learned that empathy, respect, and professionalism are essential to delivering high-quality care. These values guide how I interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and they motivate me to consistently give my best in every clinical situation. My clinical training provided me with a strong foundation in bedside nursing and patient support. During my rotations in various healthcare settings, I gained hands-on experience in monitoring patient conditions, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting treatment plans prescribed by physicians and senior nurses. I became comfortable taking and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation, and I learned how to recognize abnormal findings that may indicate changes in a patient’s condition. I also assisted with medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper patient identification, dosage accuracy, and documentation in accordance with safety protocols. I am eager to grow professionally in a supportive environment where I can deliver quality patient care while developing my knowledge, skills, and attitude in nursing
