I am a Software Quality Assurance professional with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, working in Agile/Scrum environments across web, mobile, on-premises, and SaaS platforms.
I started my career at Blueline Active Asia Inc., where I worked as a QA Manual and Automation Tester as well as Front-end developer, gaining strong exposure to the SDLC and STLC processes, UAT testing, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines. I was involved in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, executing different types of testing, and supporting automation efforts using Selenium and Robot Framework. I also collaborated closely with development teams, using tools like Utrack for defect tracking, while working as a Developer with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to better understand application behavior.
Currently, I am working with Retail Software Associates Corp. as a Quality Assurance Analyst and, I became a Product Owner here, I’m one of the pioneers to create a QA process in my current company, where I take on a more strategic role in ensuring product quality and delivery. I utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage and analyze business processes and system workflows, while actively leading Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. My responsibilities include end-to-end test management, covering functional, regression, and UAT testing, as well as validating POS systems, financial transactions, and compliance-driven solutions such as Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) in alignment with BIR requirements. I also prepare test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics using Azure DevOps to communicate progress and risks to the team.
