Hi! I’m Gem. I have a degree in Hospitality Management and I’ve worked as an English Teacher, which is a bit of a "power combo" for a Virtual Assistant.
From hospitality, I learned how to stay two steps ahead and keep clients happy. From teaching, I gained a massive amount of patience and a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to clear communication and organizing schedules.
