My edge lies in a combination of technical know-how, market intelligence, and entrepreneurial execution.
Charles is a graduate of BSc in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines and has pursued an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School in London, England. He is a government licensed architect and is currently pursuing a Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst. He spent 3 years honing his technical skills in construction before making a shift as a property valuer where he spent 6 years with Colliers Philippines in understanding the property market.
His mission is to redefine leadership within the built environment by providing clarity in an opaque and often misleading market condition, which hopefully results to building better buildings that finds the balance of a sustainable development and an investable asset.
