I have a background in healthcare, with over five years of experience working in a diagnostic laboratory, including my recent role as a Branch Supervisor. In that role, I handled not just laboratory operations but also patient coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks, which helped me develop strong attention to detail and communication skills.
What really inspired me to transition into becoming a Medical Virtual Assistant is my passion for helping patients beyond the clinical setting. I realized that even behind the scenes, I can make a big impact by supporting healthcare providers and ensuring smooth patient experiences.
