Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Live scribing with the use of EHR (Practice Fusion)
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Process referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers
- Medical coding experience using ICD-10-CM and HCPCS
- Collaborate with U.S.-based staff and follow established protocols
- Answer inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism
- Schedule patient appointments accurately with care
- Obtain prior authorizations for medications
- Authorize medication refills
- Verify health insurance benefits and eligibility
- Update patient records and document communications
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
