As a PDPM Reviewer for almost two years, I worked closely with clinical documentation to ensure accurate case mix classification, optimized reimbursement, and compliance with Medicare guidelines. Additionally, my experience as a Clinical Support Specialist conducting chart audits strengthened my attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies that could impact claims and financial performance.
