My name is Kent Kyle and I am 26 years old. I have been in the BPO industry for almost 6 years now. I started as a technical support in Alder, a security system company and from that company, I also became the field support which includes scheduling appointment for technician visits. I moved on to becoming a customer service (travel agent) which was a non-lodging account that includes hotel reservation, airline tickets, car reservations and booking. Growth is an important factor to one's life and so I begin looking for a new experience which led me to becoming a sales representative, then becomes Collection specialist, and was transferred to billing department. After 2 years, I received an offer from Basspro becoming a supervisor tier 2 for a year. Just last year, I was offered to become a technical support advisor from Apple and d----------- to proceed there.
Now, the contract ended and I am currently looking forward to the next chapter of my career.
