I started by simply answering customer messages, but as the business grew, so did my responsibilities.
While I was still studying, I started handling Facebook inquiries, talking to customers, and turning leads into sales. At first, my job was mainly customer support, but over time, I became a Team Leader and later took on broader admin and operations responsibilities.
For around 5 years, I've been hands-on in helping run and grow an e-commerce and distribution business, with around 3 years focused on customer service. I've handled customer concerns, order processing, inventory monitoring, team coordination, and the day-to-day problems that naturally come with running a growing business.
I won't say I know everything. But one thing I've learned from experience is how to stay calm when problems come up, understand what needs to be done, and find a practical solution. I'm also the type of person who follows up and makes sure important tasks don't simply get forgotten.
Now, I'm looking to bring that experience into a full-time, long-term remote role in Operations, Customer Support, E-commerce, or Admin Support.
I'm not just looking for another short-term job. I'm looking for a team or business where I can contribute, learn the way you work, and grow with you long-term.
