I conduct road inventory and condition surveys; perform data checks using RBIA and Confirm; prepare quantity takeoffs, programs of work, budgets, and official outgoing communications. I also prepare, evaluate and conduct post qualification of bids. I assist the BAC during pre-bid and bidding conferences.
