I am dedicated and detaile-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Technical Support and Customer Service. Although I do not yet have a direct experience invirtual assistant, I am a fast learner who is eager to grow and apply new skills. I am proficient in tools such as AutoCad, Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft (Excel,, Word, Powerpoint), Sketchup, Procreate and Ibis Paint X for digital design. Work Experience
Tp-link inc. || Technical Support Representative
As TSR in Tp-link we are responsible in answering inbound and outbound calls globally and provide assistance to our customers. During the call duration we provide troubleshooting steps to customer and help them resolve the issue related to their Tp-link devices.
Tool used: Amazon Connect & Avaya
Not only in calls we are also responsible on providing assistance to the customers via the
email or what we call ticketing system tool. We reply to the customer and provide the proper troubleshooting steps to possible resolve their issue with their Tp-link devices if not then escalate to senior engineers.
I was also promoted to become chat support for 1 year in Tp-link providing real-time support to the customer via live chat in Amazon Connect. I wanted to be a virtual assistant to improve my work-life balance.
