I am a fresh a graduate that took up a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila, awarded a Magna Cum Laude. During my internship at the Philippine Statistics Authority, I gained hands-on experience in Learning and Development by facilitating over eight training programs and ensuring their smooth and efficient delivery. I handled pre- and post-training documentation, including Special Orders and Transmittal Slips, to support seamless coordination across offices. I also managed and organized training participant data using Microsoft Office, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of records. I played a key role in preparing and verifying training materials such as certificates, booklets, and name tags, contributing to well-organized program execution.
Moreover, My active involvement in organizations such as PUP SANDIWA, PUP Bagong Himig Serenata, and the Rotaract Club of Lakeshore Rizal strengthened my collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills through meaningful projects, successful delivery of tasks, and community initiatives.
