I have an experience as a customer representative for more than 1 year. I’ve worked on inbound customer service calls and chats assisting with customers concerns and queries in the company’s products, assisting on their orders and for those who are interested in working with us.
I also send emails on behalf of my clients to their own clients and their business community.
I’ve also been making outbound calls to the company’s clients in the form of collection and retention calls in order to follow up on their payments and to see if they still wanted to do business with us.
I’ve worked also worked as an online teacher for students of different nationalities in the English language. It is my duty to keep their progress on track and improve their English skills, both in writing and speaking. I also do private tutoring to learners in various ages. I hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education degree and completed an eight-month internship program, which strengthened my teaching skills, classroom management abilities, and understanding of child development.
