• Launched the clinic’s first TikTok and Meta live selling campaign, generating ?600K in organic conversions and pioneering a sales model later adopted by competitors.
• Reached 18 million users from a 147K-follower page at Zim Zam Management through purely organic content strategy and community building.
• Deployed a full chatbot automation system via MMIO that handled 5,000+ monthly messages and enabled the team to manage lead conversion without constant oversight.
