I have experience working as an Accounting Staff and Supervisor/Coordinator, handling payroll, billing, and employee management for over 300 employees.
As an Accounting Staff, I managed payroll processing, billing computations, bank reconciliation, and preparation of financial reports. I also handled government contributions and online transactions using eGov Philippines, maintained accurate accounting records, and assisted in audits.
As a Supervisor/Coordinator, I supervised more than 200 employees, organized daily operations, monitored productivity, and resolved employee concerns. I also handled timekeeping, prepared performance reports, and ensured compliance with company policies and procedures.
