I've worked as a Data Encoder, Customer Service Representative and Biller. As a Data Encoder, it's duties and responsibilities include: encode transactions correctly and accurately, generate daily wages in a system-based application. As for Customer Service Representative, it includes: answering customer's inquiries via e-mail and chat in a polite and respectful manner, timely response to the customer, de-escalating certain situations with empathy, handling cancellations, returns, and warranties. Lastly as a Biller, it includes: accurate creation of the charges billed for clients, thorough checking of the clients' total expenses, and documenting billing records.
