I have been a Restaurant Manager for almost 10 years. I know how to handle people, giving the customer an excellent service and satisfying their needs. I am also skilled in terms of reporting using Google Workspace. I have information and ideas in Taking Minutes of the Meeting, Inbox Management, Travel Management and Calendar Management in which we are always applying in our daily operations on my Restaurant Career. After my Restaurant Industry journey, I d----------- to work in a BPO for more than 5 years. I've learned so many knowledge as a Customer Service Representative and improved my communication skills more. I've been also a Quality Analyst for a few months which I'm in charge in analyzing test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements. Lastly, as a Content Moderator we ensure the safety and integrity of online platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. We made sure that the content on a platform adheres to the platform’s policies and guidelines and does not violate any laws or regulations.
