My background sits at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and wellness, where I’ve worked across client services, short term rentals, and health and fitness environments. I’m used to managing high volumes of communication while still keeping interactions personal, whether that’s through chat, email, or calls.
A big part of how I work is staying calm and solutions focused, especially when things get busy or complex. I enjoy breaking down problems, coordinating with different teams or providers, and finding ways to resolve issues quickly without losing the human side of the interaction.
