I am a 4th-year graduating Information Technology student at National University – MOA Campus, with a strong interest in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. I am passionate about bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver efficient, user-centered, and results-driven solutions. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, documentation, and UI/UX design. I have worked on creating test cases, performing system testing, identifying bugs, and ensuring that applications meet both functional and business requirements.
My experience in documentation includes writing system requirements, user stories, process flows, and project reports with clarity and structure. These experiences strengthened my ability to analyze requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Currently, I am a Project Manager/Business Analyst Intern at the Center of Excellence in the IT Department in Insular Life, where I support project coordination, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and process improvement initiatives. This role allows me to apply both strategic thinking and analytical skills in a professional setting, contributing to structured project execution and continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
