Hi, I'm John Sherwin Victoria - I'm transitioning from 6+ years in education and operations into a Workflow Automation & AI Specialist.
For the last 6+ years I worked in education and administrative coordination - as an Academic Tutor & Digital Asset Designer at ReadPlus PH (May 2019 - Jan 2026) managing student progress tracking, documentation, scheduling, and parent communication for 100+ students, and as an IT Instructor at Datamex teaching programming fundamentals, HTML/CSS, and C++. Most recently as Curriculum Lead at Jr. Papaya (Feb 2026 - Apr 2026), I coordinated 50+ weekly operational requests between U.S. partner schools and instructional teams and maintained 200+ student records.
I'm now applying that deep understanding of business processes and operational efficiency to automation. I've built a portfolio of 5 working automations using n8n, -----------, AI, APIs, Airtable, and Google Workspace to solve real problems I saw in education, HR, payroll, and construction.
