More than a year of experience as email support for a buy now, pay later US-based financial account where we managed a high volume of emails daily, maintained a high level of accuracy in all email correspondences, and ensured customers received clear and concise information to address their inquiries effectively. In this role, we handle customers' payments, refunds for any cancelled or returned items, and any unreceived orders from a sca-----------rchant. I also handled account management and any reasons for account blocking. I used Zendesk as our main tool to communicate with the customer and Slack to communicate with the client/merchant.
I also have more than a year of experience as technical support for a New Zealand pay TV account, where I assisted mostly elderly customers to make their product work through troubleshooting flow. Just in case the troubleshooting flow did not work, I organize or schedule a technician visit for them or process a product replacement. In addition, I helped customers understand their bill, offer discounts and other services, upsell their product, track orders, and update account information. Lastly, only three months in this role, I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert, where I supported agents with various customers' concerns, dealt with customers' escalations, followed up on deliveries to our warehouse, created tickets for any unusual service to be forwarded to our internal team, and listened to calls for any bill disputes.
