I don't just visualize data — I build the systems behind it.
My instinct has always been the same: understand the system completely before touching anything. That started across years of customer-facing technical support — from frontline troubleshooting to TIO escalations — and carried directly into data and BI work where the same investigative depth turned out to matter just as much.
I probe before I build. And I'm the one asking whether the data actually supports the conclusion.
Currently bridging toward a BI Developer / Analytics Engineer role.
