Hi! I'm Jenel, an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience managing my own cosmetics business and selling products through leading ecommerce marketplaces in the Philippines, including Shopee and Lazada, since 2018.
Through my business, I've gained practical experience in product listing, inventory management, customer support, order processing, Canva design, social media management, and day-to-day ecommerce operations. I also manage my business Facebook page, where I create content, engage with customers, and promote products.
I'm currently building my Shopify skills by creating and managing my own Shopify store while also learning Amazon VA to expand my ecommerce knowledge.
