Analytical Student Leader & Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
Balancing a demanding civil engineering degree and holding high-level leadership roles has taught me one massive skill: how to stay organized when things get chaotic. I am looking to apply that exact structural logic to help manage your business operations part-time.
My background includes serving as the Head Administrator/Secretary for our university's PICE Student Chapter, an Institutional Secretary managing logistics for an entire college batch at Saint Louis College, and Vice Chairperson of the Green Committee for a province-wide environmental NGO (LINK) in La Union.
Because of these roles and my background in competitive international math (Olympiad-level), I don't get overwhelmed by heavy data, cluttered files, or messy inboxes. I look at a messy system, find the patterns, and organize it into clean, logical workflows using simple tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
What I can confidently handle for you:
- Inbox Organization: Clearing out the noise, sorting legitimate messages into clean folders, and replying to repetitive customer questions so you only see what actually matters.
- Calendar Coordination: Visually mapping out your weekly schedule, blocking focus time, and preventing double-bookings.
- Precise Data Entry: Organizing messy raw data into structured Google Sheets or Excel tables with absolute accuracy.
I learn new software ecosystems quickly, communicate with clear clarity in written English, and require very little hand-holding.
Availability & Time Zone:
- Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week (Part-Time)
Schedule: Available for late afternoon, evening, or nighttime shifts (Philippine Standard Time).
Flexibility: Highly adaptable to overlapping hours for Australian (AEST), UK (GMT), or US Eastern (EST) morning alignments.
Let's take the administrative weight off your shoulders so you can focus on scaling your business.
