I am an HR Professional with over 10 years of experience, currently based outside the Philippines. In my current role, I remotely support teams and leadership across multiple countries, including the US and Egypt. This experience has strengthened my ability to work independently, manage tasks with minimal supervision, communicate professionally in virtual environments, and consistently deliver responsibilities on time.
My background includes recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, employee support, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records through different HR systems. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing reliable support to both employees and management.
I am pursuing remote work is because I want to grow with the modernization of today’s workplace and continuously adapt to the fast paced changes in my career and industry.
