I am currently an Associate Manager at Accenture. I started as a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer who handles monitoring and responding to alerts. I was groomed to become an Infrastructure Technology implementer, talking with clients at the first stage of a new partnership. I added to my portfolio the Cloud and Global Service Delivery expertise. Apart from being a technical person, I have plenty of experience in high-level implementation governance and technical documentation. My experience as a VPN Engineer in Cisco TAC has been my edge because, most of the time, I am the Subject Matter Expert in VPN site-to-site for my clients. Colleagues seek me out to help them explain complex technical architectures to non-technical people. I apply that same skill to write white papers for my clients. My writing skills add value to clients through the implementation of playbooks and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports. At the end of each rollout, I write the business communications sent out to clients and stakeholders.
