His expertise spans the full spectrum of operations: from processing payroll for 103 employees and administering mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), to growing mall occupancy from 85% to 94% and leading multi-store marketing campaigns across nine locations in Mindanao. He is equally comfortable at the strategic level and on the ground floor of execution.
Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Financial Management from Notre Dame of Marbel University (2016), and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the same institution, expected to finish in 2027 — a reflection of his commitment to continuous growth and leadership excellence.
