Hi! I'm Xandrienne Joy Araño, a licensed nurse based in the Philippines.
In my current role, a big part of my day involves being a bridge between patients and doctors. I have strengthened my communication skills through building rapport with patients. I also practice strong organizational skills and time management, which allow me to consistently meet my daily quotas for patient records entry in a paper-based system in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Beyond clinical work, I'm also comfortable in the digital space and consider myself a resourceful professional. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and Notion, and I also have basic photo and video editing skills.
