Collections Supervisor

I am currently a team leader handling Collectors ensuring accuracy and compliance of working accounts properly. I also had experience as a pre-Clearance coordinator, where we clear patient's responsibility prior their scheduled visit. I also had experience in working Credit Balance account where we review overpaid accounts and refund it to the patient or Insurance. I also had extensive background in RCM and collecting unpaid medical claims by calling to US Healthcare insurances.
