I manage the full loan lifecycle, from pre-research, pricing, valuations, and product comparisons through to loan processing, submission, settlement, and post-settlement support. I assist brokers in handling active deals by managing data entry, pre-submission requirements, and documentation using AOL and CRM Nexus systems. I work closely with lenders and clients throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and smooth progression of applications across all stages, from conditional approval and formal approval through to MIR and settlement.
My experience extends to post-settlement loan management, where I serve as a key point of contact for clients. I handle loan maintenance tasks including loan switches, discharges, variations, annual reviews, and construction loan progress payments, ensuring ongoing client support and retention.
