I have 21 years of experience working as a Customer Service Specialist and Technical Support Specialist Level 1/2/3. I also have experience with chat, email support and also extensive sales background both inbound/outbound, consumer and business to business sales. I also have both English Trainer experience and Computer Hardware Trainer experience. On top of that I am familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
