Understanding the HIPAA Compliance: Since I'm in the part of Medical Allied under Non-clinical associates I need to learn too about the HIPAA compliance because of all of my working referrals, claims or authorization has a Protected Health Information (PHI).
Determining PHI's on Medical records: Since my work has a medical records I need to double check or scan more if the medical records inside on the referral or the claims is for the correct patient which is it needs to learn for Data-entries and Data analyst under Non-Clinical workflows.
Processing a transaction for claims: I have this experience for processing payments on claims with combined creating an letter to submit to the provider to inform them that the payment was release and correct based on how they appealing and for the correct payment issued, this experience I have is more focuses on transaction on medical payments.
