I have experience supporting international shipments, tracking orders, managing casework, and resolving operational issues in fast-paced environments. I enjoy understanding how processes work, identifying where things break down, and helping keep operations moving smoothly when priorities compete. I'm currently looking to continue building my experience in logistics and operations, particularly in coordination, tracking, scheduling, and shipment management.
