I am an experienced Operations and Customer Support professional with more than 10 years of experience in customer service, technical support, team leadership, business operations, and remote support.
For the past several years, I worked as a Team Manager at Concentrix, where I managed a team of approximately 15 employees. My responsibilities included coaching and performance management, recruitment and interviewing, onboarding, attendance management, customer escalation handling, reporting, and day-to-day operations support.
I also have experience working remotely for a US-based property management company, providing email and chat support, reservation management, booking coordination, documentation, and administrative support.
