My name is ----------- ----------- -----------, you cna just call me Mika for short. I have a total of 6 years of experience in Recruitment. I started with a media localization company as a Resource Coordinator wherein we were tasked to recruit and onboard freelancers from all over the world who provide subtitling, dubbing, quality check services to the company.
I then got hired at an outsourcing company where I am currently working now as a corporate Talent Acquisition Associate. We do end to end recruitment to hire talented individuals in the Philippines to support our clients based in Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. I am assigned to hire primarily Finance and Accounting and Back Office roles.
On average, I handle around 7 requisitions per month. The headcount and role varies per requisition. My average turnaround time of closing requisitions is around 20 days.
I’ll admit I had limited experience hiring for these roles when I started with my current company. I am proud to say that I have consistently performed well since the beginning, always exceed the number of my monthly target hires, and my KPI every month is above average. I’ve also received commendations from clients, candidates, and my managers alike on my performance.
I am a fast learner, I am personable and a team player, I am always driven to perform every task assigned to me as efficiently as possible, and I would say my strength is in my organization skills and attention to detail.
