I am a Licensed Guidance Counselor and currently serve as a Division Guidance Coordinator for the Department of Education, Philippines. With over 12 years of experience in counseling, coaching, mentoring, and learner development, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in their academic, personal-social, career, and emotional growth.
Since May 2023, I have been leading and coordinating division-wide Guidance and Counseling programs, Career Guidance initiatives, Homeroom Guidance implementation, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support activities, and Child Protection interventions across schools. I provide technical assistance, program monitoring, capacity-building training, and consultation services to school leaders, teachers, guidance personnel, learners, and parents.
My expertise includes individual counseling, career coaching, psychosocial support, case management, program development, training facilitation, workshop design, report writing, stakeholder coordination, and guidance program evaluation. I am skilled in conducting webinars, preparing training materials, creating guidance resources, and developing intervention programs that promote learner well-being and success.
