I am a tech-savvy and service-oriented professional with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cebu Institute of Technology, completed in 2000. I have strong knowledge in computer systems, networking, communication, documentation, and client support, developed through years of hands-on work experience in both private and government service.
I have 16 years of experience in the BPO industry with Concentrix, where he gained valuable skills in customer service, technical support, networking, problem-solving, data handling, and working in a fast-paced environment. His background helped him become reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented in handling different tasks and client needs.
Currently, I am a government employee who conducts seminars and provides guidance to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and aspiring migrant workers. My role allows him to share important information, assist clients professionally, and support programs that help protect and empower Filipino workers abroad.
